Thank you for visiting our “About Us” page. We are a woman owned commercial cleaning business. We have been in business for over 45 years here in the Dallas – Fort Worth Area.

Our business had very humble beginnings back in 1972 as a one man window cleaning service. The name back then was Royal Services. A ladder, a few buckets, a hand full of squeegees and a lot of hard work allowed us to serve what became hundreds, and eventually thousands of customers.

Our clients loved the pride we take in doing a job right. That means all the way and no shortcuts. This led our clients to invite us to perform all kinds of cleaning tasks for them. Soon we were a full-fledged janitorial service.

As the business grew, we had to grow in our ability to organize and manage cleaning crews. Our quest for managing quality led us to adopt “Total Quality Management” as coined by the quality guru, Edward Deming.

We learned that poor quality is usually not the result of bad workers as much as it is bad or poorly defined systems. We went to work on developing the most efficient cleaning and management systems possible.

This involved testing, testing and more testing of products, tools and procedures to come up with a system that would produce outstanding quality every time. Along the way, as we became more and more successful we became totally sold on the concepts of Total Quality Management and the need for highly efficient and highly effective Cleaning Systems.

That’s when we added the word “Systems” to our name and became Delta Janitorial Systems, Inc.

We’ve proudly carried that name for more 30 years and continue to focus on improving our systems so that our clients enjoy the best in cleaning, value and consistency.
